Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wizzard Worms, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our composting products and live worms. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Perishable Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with a non-perishable item (e.g. worm farms or accessories), you may return it within 7 working days of receipt provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wizzardworms.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Live Products (e.g. Eisenia Fetida Composting Worms)

Due to the perishable nature of live worms, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

  • If your worms arrive dead on arrival due to shipping delays or mishandling, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the condition.
  • We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
